Web Design includes the following:

  • Number of pages described for specific package.  A page consists of 200
    words or less and includes bullet-ed lists if appropriate. (Submit typed text by
    email - Microsoft Word preferred.)
  • Each additional page - $45.00
  • custom graphics (logos, photographs, or diagrams) supplied by you and
    scanned or modified by us. You must provide clean clear copies for us to scan.
    Graphics sent by email will also be accepted.
  • Submission of your URL (Web page address) to at least 50 search engines, such
     as AltaVista, Exite, Infoseek, Lycos, WebCrawler, Yahoo, etc.
  • Choice of Background texture or themes (agreed upon the date of agreement)
  • Navigation links (graphic navigation links for additional charge)
  • Meta tag creation on your home page
  • Access counter (hit counter)
  • Editing/revising prior to publication
  • Hyperlinks (can include links to your email address and to other sites)
  • Special formatting such as tables & columns
  • Uploading files to a Server of your choice
  • Minor changes and updates to existing Web pages for six months

q        CGI Scripts - (FeedBack) - $75.00 (Your ISP must have FrontPage operating system)

q       Thumbnail - A "clickable" thumbnail photo loads a lager screen-size photo - $10.00 per pair

q       Special Design- $65.00/ hour

q       Monthly Site Maintenance - $25.00 /change (per request)
Includes -Repairing broken links and broken image paths
Updates and small changes: Includes minor changes to a sentence or paragraph
Excludes -Redesign or additional pages

q       Maintenance
This agreement includes web page maintenance to regular web pages over a
six-month period, including updating links and making minor changes to a
sentence or paragraph. It does not include removing nearly all the text from
a page and replacing it with new text.

q       Text
Submit final text (Microsoft Word preferred) via diskette or email.

q       ISP
Select an ISP which allows us full access to the Web site and a cgi-bin directory
via FTP and telnet. If your site is to include a Guest-book or Feedback Form,
the ISP's operating system must be a FrontPage system for response forms
to work.

q       Payment of Fees
A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) in the form of a money order or
cashiers check - payable to Ramona M. Szilagyi - is required before work will
be started. Client may pay via PayPal- request info with instructions on this
payment choice. Personal checks are accepted - allow  10 working days to clear bank.
Once the 50% deposit is received, the first draft will be uploaded to our web site.
We'll email you the web address for viewing and approval. You email us your
feedback.
Upon completion of the web site, an email invoice will be sent to you.
Final payment of the remaining 50% balance plus any additional charges
incurred will be due within ten (10) business days. Uploading web page(s)
to your Host Web Server and advertising web page(s) to search engines
occur only after the final payment is made. All payments must be made in
USA currency. We reserve the right to remove web pages from viewing on
the Internet until final payment is made.

q       Copyrights and Trademarks
You guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photo, designs, trademark,
or artwork is owned by the client, or that the client has permission to use the
elements.
places4us. com is held harmless from any suite or claim arising from
use of such elements.

q       Cancellation
In the event that you postpone or cancel work, we shall have the right to retain
the original 50% deposit.

q       Link
With your approval, we will include a link at the bottom of the your welcome
 page which reads "Web Site Designed by
places4us. com".

q       META
You provide keywords, which people might use to find your product or service.
A 25-word (200 character) sentence or two describing your Web Site using as
many key words as possible in a "readable" sentence.

q       Cross Browser Compatibility
Web Site will be viewable by 4.0 and later Browsers.

q       Age
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a contract.
